It's important to make sure the majority of your energy intake comes from nutritious calories that also provide your body with nutrients. Things like vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber and good fats are going to help your body with the energy it needs. Avoid empty calories as these will often only provide a short boost but then cause a crash.
By eating whole foods (foods that are closest to their natural state), you are supplying your body with what it needs to function at it's best!
We design our meals + recipes based around whole foods, so you're safe with us! If you would like learn more, check out
