Refund/ Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, we ask that you do so before Thursday @ midnight. Any cancellation afterwards is subject to review as we may or may not be able to provide a full or partial refund. For cancellations done before the Thursday order deadline at 11:59PM, refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. For cancellations after the order deadline, if a refund is issued, it may be done so as a store credit for a future order, or back to the original payment method, this is decided on a case by case basis, depending on the reason and timeliness of cancellation.
Delivery & Shipping Info:
All meals for this order will be delivered on Monday of the upcoming week.
Please review your shipping address to be sure that we have all the details for your upcoming delivery (gate codes, hard to find locations, instructions for office delivery...etc). If we don't have the proper delivery instructions and we are not able to make the delivery happen due to lack of proper information, description or entry codes, meals may be returned back to the kitchen and it is your responsibility to pick them up from our location in Carlsbad.
