YOU'VE GOT QUESTIONS... WE'VE GOT ANSWERS!

Thursday by Midnight. If you forget or order past the deadline, there is still a chance we will be able to accommodate your order, but cannot guarantee it.

Currently, we deliver to MOST of San Diego County. As South as Coronado and as North as Carlsbad. As far west of the I-15, to the coastal towns and everything in between. Deliveries take place Mondays between 9 am and 5pm. Bear with us, as we intend for expansion in the near future. If you aren't sure if your address is on our route, please contact us at info@foodmadefresh.com.

YES! This is a *NEW* option. We currently only offer pick-ups between the hours of 9:30AM and 11:00AM on Monday. You must select "Pick up From Kitchen" as the shipping method at checkout for delivery fees to be waived and orders must be picked up no later than 11AM on Monday.

Our kitchen is located at: 2790 Loker Ave W. #115, Carlsbad, CA 92010.

If your office, gym or workout studio would like to become a pick-up location, please email us at info@foodmadefresh.com

Our minimum for delivery is $35 (with $9 delivery fee).

We usually offer 2 sizes. Small and Large. Small feeds 1 big eater or two small eaters. Large feeds 2 big eaters OR 3 smaller eaters. For those who are in between, you can always save a few bites for a quick snack or bring for lunch the next day.

Delivery day is the best day. We make Mondays something to look forward to. When you receive your delicious food that will fuel you through the week, please keep in mind a few tips and tricks:

Fish and seafood is the most delicious when consumed earlier in the week. · Wraps are best eaten in the first couple of days.

For the Bone Broth, since it is delivered frozen, keep it in the fridge overnight to thaw for use the next day.

Protein Bars: they are best of kept refrigerated. They can be stored at room temperature, if traveling, for a couple days, but will keep the best flavor when chilled.

Stove-top: transfer food to skillet. Cover with lid and heat over stove, at medium heat, until heated through to desired temperature. Stir with spatula if needed to heat evenly.

Oven/convection oven: preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Transfer food to oven-safe baking dish. Cover loosely with foil. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through. Do not overcook, as this may toughen tender meats like chicken and fish.

Microwave: This is the least preferred option, but we know that some schedules only allow for a quick zap. Heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes, until heated through to desired temperature.

It happens. Sometimes our eyes are bigger than our stomachs. Meals are delivered fresh in sturdy microwavable* containers (*but oven or stove-top heating is always the preferred option!). Meals can either be eaten within the week or placed in the freezer immediately for enjoying later. If you choose to freeze the items, place them in the fridge to thaw the night before you plan on eating them.

In an attempt to cut down on our carbon footprint, we will gladly accept your used mason jars & kombucha growlers.

Please be sure to return them to us cleaned, and they will be sanitized and reused.  You may send back your plastic containers, and we will properly recycle them.

Live a little. A healthy lifestyle is all about finding balance. Go try out that new restaurant you’ve been eyeing. Make a picnic and take it to the beach. Have a lazy morning and whip up some banana chocolate chip. Get in the kitchen with your loved one and enjoy the labor of love as you cook together. If you really struggle with making healthy food and lifestyle choices, our health coaching program might be a good fit for you. For more information contact us at healthcoach@foodmadefresh.com.

All Food Made Fresh meals are prepared and cooked in our commercial kitchen space, located at 2790 Loker Ave W. #115, Carlsbad, CA 92010. Our chefs are certified by ServSafe and we follow all health code requirements to ensure your food is handled with care and love.

Whole foods are foods in their natural, unrefined state, such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, meat, fish, nuts and seeds. These foods offer us vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, antioxidants, and micronutrients that we need to thrive. Processed foods are laden with chemicals, sugars, refined oils, pesticides, and lack the nutrient-dense goodness that real foods naturally contain.

NO WAY! We NEVER use any preservatives, unlike most prepared foods that are mass-produced, manufactured in other cities/states, and made with a long shelf life in mind. We always do FRESH. Made with love by human hands, and intended for joyful consumption within the week.

We are committed to selecting and preparing meals using the highest quality produce and ingredients, which naturally keeps prepared food fresher!

Yes! And damn proud of it!

We work to source the best and freshest produce, and choose organic & local whenever possible. At times when organic produce is not an option, we always opt for "Clean 15" (see this link).

Absolutely! Our aim is to provide the best possible ingredients and nutrients to keep you and your body thriving.

Our hope is that you will look and feel your best, when you eat the right food for your body, and minimize the stress around meals, including the time it takes to plan, shop, prep and clean (we do the hard part). If you are looking for another diet to add to your yo-yo dieting record, think again. There are plenty of programs, books, and schemes promising quick weight-loss. We won’t cheapen the natural benefits and importance of eating real, whole foods, with empty promises and ridiculous claims. Health and nutrition isn’t a one-size fits all. We believe in “bio-individuality” – The concept that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, which is why fad diets tend to fail in the long run.

Can we be real here for a moment? Has counting calories ever given you peace of mind and a long-lasting healthy body, mind and soul? It’s more of a learned habit or sad health trend that people tend to get caught up in. Finally feel the freedom of eating a high quality, well balanced diet, WITHOUT the dieting! *jumps for joy* We are happy to answer any questions that you may have, regarding ingredients & nutritional content.

Heck yes! We can’t wait to have you be a part of the Food Made Fresh family!
