Each week, the team at Food Made Fresh digs deep to come up with a delicious, healthy, and well balanced menu to provide you with the fuel you need to tackle your dreams. Our philosophy is simple. Let us focus on sourcing the best, local ingredients and fully preparing balanced, nutritious meals. And we'll let you focus on everything else (we know that it's usually more than enough). Menus are posted every Monday afternoon. Please order by Thursday at Midnight. Monday, between 9am to 5pm, we are out for deliveries, providing you with the freshest, healthiest meals made from quality, real ingredients.
1. Check out our "Weekly Menu"
2. Pick your meal options by select the quantity and adding to cart
3. Specify your delivery location on our checkout page
4. Choose "Pick-up from Kitchen" (between 8:30a-11a) or "Standard Delivery"
4. Complete your order by 11:59 PM on Thursday
5. Go enjoy life and let us do the shopping, cooking, & cleaning. Your meals will be delivered on Monday between 9am and 5pm.
Your delivery will arrive Mondays between 9am and 5pm.
You will receive an email Sunday night to remind you of the next day's delivery. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but you will receive an email notification on Monday morning to let you know of your order's approximate delivery window. We'll alert you again when your driver is on the way, as well as when the delivery has been dropped off.
You do not need to be present to sign/accept your delivery and it can be left somewhere based on your delivery instructions. However, please be sure that our drivers have access to your door/unit number by providing gate codes.
Be sure to email ASAP us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any unusual circumstances and we will try to accommodate!
Returning Cooler Bags, Ice Packs & Glass Jars
We ask that each week, these items are returned to us each week, or you are welcome to keep the bags/ice for a $10 fee.
For returns: Please return cleaned jars, ice packs and bags by placing the items out by your door on Monday morning, and we'll swap them out for your new order.
If you are skipping a week: you can hold on to it until next time and then be sure to leave it outside for our driver to pick up with your next delivery.
If you won't be ordering for a few weeks: please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com to request a bag pick up.
