At Food Made Fresh, we focus on sourcing only the best, nutrient dense, non GMO, organic produce and hormone/antibiotic-free meats. We NEVER use hydrogenated oils, refined sugars, artificial ingredients or preservatives. The real, whole foods that we prepare are packed with all the right type of nutrients to fuel your body. We believe that when you are putting the right things into your body in the right amounts, your body responds in amazing ways.

We know that there are countless options when it comes to how people view food and health. At Food Made Fresh, our vision is to make things as simple as possible for our clients. We believe in eating real, whole foods to get the proper nutrients that your body needs to thrive. The most important thing about Food Made Fresh is that our clients develop a healthy and enjoyable relationship with food and begin to see the benefits of well sourced, well thought out nutrition. When eating real food, our clients tend to "crowd out" the highly processed junk. As our clients cut out the processed, refined foods that normally make up their diets, they begin to cultivate power to choose what their body needs most at any given time, according to what it is telling them.

About Chef Julianna






Food Made Fresh owner and head chef Julianna Villasenor lights up when she gets to share her love for food with others. From a young age cooking with her grandmother, Julianna developed a strong love for nurturing people through her food. Health and nutrition has always been a strong passion of hers. When she began working under Chrissy Weir, former owner of Food Made Fresh, her passion grew stronger as well as the desire to feed the people of San Diego healthy meals. Julianna attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and became a certified holistic health coach. As Julianna continued to manage the team at Food Made Fresh for over half a decade, she knew this passion would continue to grow as she wanted to reach more people. Julianna received her Culinary diploma and graduated with completing an intensive internship at a high end restaurant here in San Diego. Upon taking over Food Made Fresh, Julianna and her lovely team is overjoyed to share our meals with as many homes and families as possible! Julianna believes food is the best medicine and when eating right and loving our bodies well everything else will fall into place.
