Getting Balanced After Indulging
We all enjoy indulging in our favorite foods or drink. Whether this be desserts, high caloric meal, or cocktails, we all need to give ourselves permission to indulge. After a big day of indulging, here are some tips to help get you balanced:
* Drink lots of water! More than you think you need. Add a lemon!
* Fill your plate with as many veggies and greens as you can. It's important to load your body with nutrients, after its depleted from cocktails, sweets, junk & processed foods.
*Swap out a carb snack with a superfood protein smoothie or green smoothie. Be sure to use minimal fruit to keep the sugars low and a clean protein powder.
