What are your sugar cravings telling you?
Let's face it, sugar cravings are REAL! They can creep up on you during that afternoon slump at work, first thing in the morning, after dinner, even in the middle of the night and gee whiz it can be hard to resist the urge to indulge! The cool thing is, sugar cravings are actually trying to tell you something. They typically mean your body is lacking in nutrients and if you can pinpoint what you lack, and give your body what it need, you will see those nagging cravings back off. A few things intense sweet cravings could mean are magnesium deficiency, imbalanced gut bacteria or not enough sleep. Be an investigator of your own body and beat those nasty cravings away!
