I can't say it enough (and could always use the reminder myself!). Skin health, gut health, and optimum cell function depend on you hydrating!

Note: It's best to flush your cells with H20 in the morning and throughout the day, and less throughout the evening, so you won't have to disrupt your REM sleep cycle to use the restroom.
